Welcome to YLA's online member application. We're glad that you are excited about joining but we wanted to take a moment to outline the application process so that you don't forget something along the way.
  • Fill out the form below with the most accurate and honest information. Don't feel you need to impress us, you're more impressive than you think, and so you need only worry about being honest.
  • After you have successfully submitted this online application, an email will be sent to you confirming that we did indeed receive your application. Do not forget to download PDF version of a parental waiver you must get signed in order to join YLA.
  • PLEASE NOTE that upon acceptance all applicants will be expected to pay a $75 program fee.
  • Accepted Associates will be required to attend weekly trainings and events for a three month period. Associates who miss more than two trainings or events will risk their opportunity to graduate from the program. Associates will make the appropriate arrangements for rides to YLA the events.
  • Online applications must be submitted by September 15, 2010, 11:59 PM (Pacific). Applicants will be notified of their application results within a week after the deadline. Spots are limited.
